Subcellular Localization System

Introduction
Prediction of protein subcellular location is important topic in molecular biology because it has involved the three essential features of a protein: it's biological objective, it's biochemical activity, as well as it's place in the cell where a gene product is active. Our subcellular localization system predicts localization of protein in cell to support biological research. Current version of subcellular localization system predicts localization result from database. It's useful when the data is needed to process. But, if there're no information from database, it can't predict localization result. For that reason, We are plan to improve our system by prediction algorithm which is based on PPI, pathway and GORank system
